MESSRS WYLLIE, STOTT & COS REPORT.

Messrs Wyllie, Stott, & Co. report: — We held a clearing sale of dairy stock for Mr J. C. Colson, Okoke Road, at our Waitara yards on Tuesday last. Dairy cows averaged L 5 16s 7d; 1 bull, L 3 2s 6d. On Friday we held a sale on the farm, Waitara, on account of Mr C. Chard and the estate of the late Mr T. Bayly. Although the weather was very bad, there was a good attendance, and bidding wa&, spirited. Implements and harness brought fair price"*. A record price for draught mares was brought by the mare Blossom, Uisl 10s. Dairy cows brought from L 3 15s to L7 lss, averaging for 75 cows L 4 18s; stor,e cows, E2 15s 6d; draught horses, L2l, L 22, L3l, L 32 15s, and Lsl 10s; 3-year old, L 23 10s; 18-months, Ll3 10s; foal, L 7.
