Received April 2, 10.19 p.m. Sydney, A pril 2. — In the Coningham divorce case, t>»* Judge gave a lengthy and able summing up. The jury, after two and a quarter hours retirement, brought in a verdict for Dr O'H&ran on all issues. Immed'ately the verdict was announced, tumultuous cheering took place in the Court. The petitioner fell forward on the table sobbing. A moment later, with a loud cry, he sprang towards Dr O'Haran,. but the latter evaded him. Coningham tripped and fell, and the spectators seized him, petitioner meanwhile yelling, '/Let me at him." • The jury added a rider that ihm- Ji.l not think there watt sufficient evidence to wairant a charge of conspiracy.
