Meanwhile Great Britain and Germany ae vised China to refrain from private and separate agreements with any individual Powir. Received Mi-rch 30, 9.10 a.m. London, March 29. — Japan is gratified at the British assurance that, contrary to Count von Bulow's statement, Manchuria is included in the Anglo-German agreement.
