No Paid-up or Preferential Shares are issued. The amount of Loan is granted without any deduction (except entrance fees); and provision is made for repaying loans at any time without waiting for the maturity of the scries. The Society pays the cost of preparing and registering all mortgages (unless for a lesser sum than £100.) During tho ten years ending the 30th September, 1900, tbe sum of £0570 9s 8d has been distributed in dtivideilds and bonuses amongst tbe members of the Society, Borrowers and Investors participating alike in tbe distribution ; it will thus be seen that the Society js purely co-operative.
