The Society pays the cost of preparing and registering all mortgages (unless for a lesser sum than £100.) During tho ten years ending the 30th September, 1900, tbe sum of £0570 9s 8d has been distributed in dtivideilds and bonuses amongst tbe members of the Society, Borrowers and Investors participating alike in tbe distribution ; it will thus be seen that the Society js purely co-operative.
