' Received January 18. 10 40 a.m. London, January 18.— -The systematic coilaction of Boer families and stock at convenient centres is steadily proceeding. Voluntary refugees are given advantages over families whose head is still with a coipmando. The refugees are mostly acquiescent to the action. Lord Kitchener reports 3000 Boers at Carolina.
