Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutts after the race. Each protest must be accompan ed by a deposit of 40', which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee, 10 per cent, of the amount of first price money offered for each event Names, weights of compel titora (including substitutes), and oolours to be worn, must be lodged at time of entry. All post entries (to v close on Regatta day at 1 p.m.) will be charged 5 per oent. on amount of first price. .Bookmakers wi'l not be allowed to bet inpide the enclosure.
