Dredging Notes.

The statement of the affairs of the Hartley and Riley Beach Dredging Company as at the 31st December iast, shows that the company was registered on the 14th of July. 1897; The nominal capital is £7000, the amount of capital subscribed being £6500, while the amount of capital actually paid up in cash is £6300. The total expenditure in connection with carrying on operations since registration has been £14.680 10s 3d, and the total amount of dividends paid is £58,032 10s lOd.
