Div., L 3 18s. Ranfurly Handicap, one mile.—Pampero, »1; Jupitor, 2; Nihilist, 3. Also started : Fulmen, 8.11; Maremma, 8.3; Gleuelg, 6.11. Won easily. Time, lmin 44secs. Div., L 8 Bs.
Trial Handicap.— Sub Rosa aud Waimate Maid, dead heat. No third placed. Blackpool, 9.10 and Galileo, 7.1; also ran. Time, lmin 34 l-ssecs. Divs., Sub Rosa LI 12s, Waimate Maid L 8 6s.
Short's Handicap. — St. Denis, 1 ; Abercrombie, 2; Vanilla, 3. Brisa also started. Time, lmin 17sec. Div., LI 10s. Hack Handicap. — Bracken, 1 ; Benson, 2; Izal, 3. Time, lmin 20sec. Div., L 4 16s.
