In that letter I specially refejned to the fact that the players had never be?n charged and called on for a defence, which., to pay the least, was not the -way to ijfinji payers. I am now pleaaed to see tbajl the New Zealand Rugby Union haye" decided to apk .the Taranaki Rugby Union to re-open tlje case on the very ground thai I mentioned in my letter some weeks ago.
