United Press Association — By Electric Telegraph. — Copy ri<rht. Received August 19, 9.30 a m. London, August 18. — Thb Queen has received the A'atal petition, through the Governor. Sir W. F. Healy Hughson, who has expressed to the petitioners the pleasure of Great Britain at Natal's Eupport of a policy having for its aim the remedying of the Uillanders' grievances. Several hundred members of the London Scottish Yoluuteer Regiment have volunteered for servica in the Transvaal. /
