London, March 25. — Cam biidge won the University boat race by four lengths.

Received March 27, 1.22 London, March 25. — The weather was lovely lor the boat race. Cambridge won tbe toss, aud chose the Surrey side of tbe river. Iho tide was sluggish. From a capital f-tarty Cambridge led by half a length at Clasper's boat house. Oxford then forged ahead, and established a Blight lead, but at Wilden'e, iv the Crabtree Reach, Cambridge increased their stroke, and by the time Hammersmith Bridge was reached thoy bad half a length lead, the biidge being thot in 7min 23sec. Afterp yjingthebiidKe, the water became rougher,- suiting the Cambridge crew. Some of the Uxford men here showed faiges of di'-trtfes, but responded splendidly to lhe spurt of H. J.
