Bkishane, March 26. Tlig la*t batch of elections was held yesterday. The majority of the returna are incomplete, and two or three may be altered. So far "the returns indicate 13 labour. 3 Miniitarial, and 2 Opposition, elected, making tin new House 40 Ministerial, 23 L'bour, 7 Opposition, and two doubtful.

Fkefmantlf, March 27. Another disturbance a'isiogout of the stiiko occurred on -Saturday. Two Unionists were allowed to interview the free labourers working on the steamers Kirlsruha aid Kidina. A crowd of Unionists became impatient and broke through the cordon of police. Tha latter drew their batoas and. a general melee followed. Stones arid sticks ware freely mcd. A few polic9 and rioters were slightly iftjured. The non-Unionists left work anc iljd. Several arrt'sts have" been made. ' -f
