PUBLIC INDIGNATION GROWING. United Press Association. — By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. Keceived December 6, 1.45 a.m. Paris, December 5. — Colonel Picquart has asked the Court of Cassation to decide whether he is ameaable to civil or military jurisdiction. Public indignation is growing. The Royalist party is greatly divided on the question. M. de Freycinet hopes the court martial will spontaneously adjourn. The persecution is attributed to Colonel Picqaart having stopped payment of secret funds to army officers for pseudo espionage.
