A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race, and is not nominated for any race at time of start nor for six: months previous thereto (haok and hvnter races excepted). E. Performances of herses must be sent in with nominations. 6. Colon of riders to be sent in with acceptances on general entry night. 6. No entry will be received for any race except upon conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising oat of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, amd their decision shall be final. 7. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the date of appearance of weights and time of events, should they see fit to do so. 8.
