A TURKISH CONSUL MURDERED.
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Constantinople, August 20. -A thousand Kurdish cavalry hav.e arrived at Stamboul, much to the alarm of tho Armenians in the city of the Young Turkish Party. A band of Albanians murdered the Turkish Consul at Vrana.
