No entries will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in Oftsh. 2. Colours of riders to be sent in with entries. 3. No entry will be received for any race except upon conditions that any claims, disputes, or objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, and their decision shall be final, subject to appeal as provided by Rule 131 of the Rules of Racing. 4.
