Tho mortuary hearse and two carriages were completely bidden by beautiful wreaths. Escorted by a guard of Mounted Troopers were tho Governor's carriage, also those of the Ministers aud members of both branches of the Legislature. The Civil Service was represented by all the heads of the Department-, while innumerable private vehicles followed. A special train convoyed the coffin and a large number of friends and members of Parliament to Falconbridge, in tho Blue Mountains - a beautiful spot chosen by the deceased as his last resting place._ The scene at the grave was most affecting.
