Thursday, April 23.— Befqre His Honor Justice E. T. Conolly. MICHAELI V. N. KING.

t Mr Fookea for appellant, and Mr Lusk for respondent. This was an appeal against the decision of the S.M., who held that certain cattle bought by Michaeli from Meyenbeig, were included in a bill of sale given by Meyenberg to N. King.

After hearing arguments of counsel on Thursday His Honor held there was no evidence in the lower Court that tho cattle were included in the bill of sale, and set aside the judgment of the lower Court, with costs for appellant in both Courts. This concluded the Supreme Court business.
