' All entries except post entries to be lodged with the Secretary. Entrance fee, 10 per cent, of amount of first prize, must be paid at time of entry. Entries close at 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 27th, at the Harbour Board Office, Waitara. Names and weights of 'crews, with sulr'i'nres, to be given. Three boats to btart or no second prize. All post entries close with the Secretary at 12 noon sharp on Regatta Day. Protests must be in writiug, and lodged with the Secretary with 15 minutes after the race. Each protest must be accom panied with a deposit of 10s, which sum j shall be forfeited if the protest be not I uphold by the Committee.
