Nuws has been received that 150,000 Armenians are starving at Anatolia. The Palacs clique overuled the Porte's advice to concede the Powers, Austria and Germany, additional guuboats in the Bosphorus, but support the remainder of the demands.
Constantinople December 1. — H.M.S. Dryad has returned to Salonica. Sir P. Currie had an interviow with the Sultan, which lasted two hour*, and, despito tho endeavors which tho monarch made to persuade him to alter his determination, insisted on ordering H.M.S. Dryad up to the capital. The European Cabinets are considering the grave nature of the situation.
