It is understood that Colonel Kelly is to be created a K.C.B. Calcutta, April 27 —The soldiers attached to Colonel Kelly's column aro to receive two months' oxtra pay. _ Colonel Gateacro experienced enormous difficulty in making the road over the lofty Lowari Pass.
