MARTINI-HENRI RIFLE CLUB.
The committee has declared the following handicaps for tho first-class second I competition for Mr A. Raynos' gold medal, to be fired for on December 13th and 15th. Competitors wishing to fire on the 15th, must notify tho secretary on or before the 10th. Ranges to be 500, 800, and 700 ; 7 shots at each range. This match will be the first of four to count to choose representatives from forthoNow Zealand Rifle Association. Handicaps :—: — Scratch, N. Okey, R. N. Hooker, F. Okey, F. Smith, F. Messenger, M. J. Jones, W. H. Shepherd, F. Newell ; 5 points, W. Humphries, A. Humphries, H. Potter, R. Bayly, A. Cole ; 7 points, J. Bennott ; 8 points, J. Lyo, J. Lovoridge ; 12 points, W. Oliver; 15 points, R. Cock, Geo. Ramson. The following team has been selected to represent the Rifle Club against the Volunteers for a match on December 20 : — F. Messenger, F. Newell, W. Humphries, M. J. Jones, J. Loveridgo, W. H. Shepherd, H. Potter, J. Bennett, J. Lye, W. Oliver, and R. Cock.
