Secretary and Ireasurer: Mr F. Bluck. The annual regatta was held on the Waitara River on Thursday, when visitors from all parts of the district attended in large numbers. The weather was all that could be wished for. The town was well decorated with bunting, and had a general holiday appearance. Some commotion was caused by a horse attached to a sulky bolting. The occupants jumped out and were unhurt. The horse fell and capsized the sulky in front of Mr Lawrence's place. When the veliicle was righted, it was found that no damage was done.
