Ho says th«t before the colonies can do much good in the butter trade they musi distribute their produce tnoro freely, and export direct to Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, and Bristol. He strongly ; favors the State supervising the grading. He says there is a good opening for cheese in England, bul the article inuet be of the finest quality.
