DIVIDEND OF 5 PER CENT. AND £10,000 CARRIED FORWARD. £10,000 PLACED TO RESERVE FUND. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, July 22 —The Diroctois of tho Bank of New Zealand recommend tho declaration of a dividond for tho half year at the rate of 5 per cent per unman. The sum of £19,000 is carried forward to next yoar's account, and £10,000 placed to tho reserve fund.
