HOME RULE BILL IN UOMMI.fEE. | PER PBRBS ASSOCIATION.] London, July 22:— In the House of Commons today the Premier oubmitted the new financial clauses with respect to the Home Rule Bill. These fix the con tribution by the Irish Legislature el £2,300,000. Mr Chamberlain, in discussing the el.uses, asserted that Ireland wus now asked to pay £550,000 less than at present, and £1,800,000 less tban she ought to pay. Mr J. Redmond characterised the new clauses as neither generous or just. It is expected tbo House of Lords will by ten to ono reject the Homo Rule Bill.
