A disturbance in Hashonaland has been caused by a few Matabeles under Lobenzula who have stepped out of his control. The Government of Victoria is well-provided with stores and gatling guns. Sir H. Loch has requested Lobengaul to recall Impi and pun'i3h the Intlunas, who are responsible for the action of the natives. He expects the order will be complied with, and does not anticipate C any danger to settlement, which is protected by four hundred Europeans. The atcst reports say the Matabeles have letired.
