MESSRS VICKERS & STEVEN'S REPORT.
Messrs Viokeks & Stevens report that on Wednesday thore was a good muster o£ Block, and all classes showed on upward tendency. They quote:—Calves, small, 15s to 20s; good calves, 30s to 355; yearlings, £2 Is to £2 lls 6d ; 18months steers, £2 15a to £3 7s 6d ; dry cows, £2 4s to £3 15s ; spriDgers, £4 10a to £5 5a ; fat co-vs, £4 9b to £5. They report the sale of Mr Teate's farm on the Everett Road to Mr G. S, Kennedy ; also, 2 sections with cottages in the township at satisfactory pricea.
