Tho following resolution was passed at the Education Board mooting on Wednesday, on the motion of Mr Fau'l, seconded by Mr Wade:—" That the thanks of tho Board aro duo and hereby given to the Hon Mr Kelly, M.L.O, for the very able and efficient manner that he has during tho past yoars administered its business as chairman, and that in appointing another chairman it is only from tho fact that the Hon Mi Kelly will necessarily bo absent at Wellington attending to his Parliamentary duties, whilo tho l-usiness of tlio Board calls for the chairman to bo always accessible, and that the secretary send a copy of tbia resolution to the lion Mr Kelly."
