PREMIER'S ARRIVAL IN WELLINGTON.
The special train which loft New Plymouth on Tuesday afternoon, conveying the Premier, Mrs Ballanc^, and Dr O'Carroll, arrived at Wellington at 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning. We are glad to learn from private advices that Mr Ballance was none the w&rse for hio long journey Mr and Mrs Ballance continue to speak of the kindness and attention they received from Mr and Mrs Cottier during their short stay at the Criterion Hotel, ani of the benefit the Premier is deriving from Dr O'Carroll's treatment.
