DYNAMITE OUTRAGES IN PARIS.
POLICE STATION BLOWN UP.

Paris, November 9. — A bomb, which was to havo been exploded in the Avenue Opera yc3terday, was discovered outside of the office of the Cartnaux Mining Company, in Puris. It exp'odod after being removed to the polioo itation, wrecking tho building, and mutilating four of the inmates in a frightful manner. Two policemen have died from the bomb explosion, one of them from effects of the frigiit. The bodies wero torn to shreds. All the occupants of the police station were killed. There is no clue at present to tho culprits. The bomb was intended to destroy the directors of the Carmaux Company, and was made so as to explode at a given time. All Paris is in dismay, and the Chamber of Deputies was greatly excited when the outrago became known. The Premier was accused of causing it by the weakness he had displayed in dealing with the Carmaux. strikers. He replied such outrages indicated a return to barbarism. Those who were responsible for exciting the passions of the people were destroyingthe Republic. A vote of confidence in the Ministry was c -rried by 359 to 94. Tho Carmaux miners held meetings at which the use of dynamite was denounced
M. Millerand, Deputy for Seine, suggests that the oynamiters will destroy the huge bazaars of Paris because they are injuring the small shops.
