CARGO SHIPPED PER TONGARIRO.
Mr HODGHTON, general manager of tho New Zealand Shipping Company, at Auckland, has supplied us with tho following particulars of the cargo shippod by tho Tongariro off Waitara on Friday aud Saturday last : — Equivalent to 4,600 carcases mutton (140 sheep, rest boot"); 2993 koga and packages of butter ; 30 casks tallow ; 21 bales wool ; 287 sucks grass seed ; 15 sacks bones ; one case ami ono package bacon. The steamer met , with rapid despatch, tho tendering being dono by the two meat punts (towed by b.b. Waitara) and tho s.s. Manaia. Mossrs Dingle and Corke invito inspection of their largo and well selected j stock, which will bo found equal in oxtont { and variety to that of any furnishing warehouse ootween Auckland and Wellington. For tables, chairs, suite 9, choffoniers, bedsteads, wardrobes, dressing-tables, chests drawers, wash stands, &c, there is no bettor mart on the coast. Carpets, rugs, linoleums, china and other mattings, &c. ; a largo selection of fancy goods, vases, cabinets, Japanese waro, &c, always in stock. Dinner acd tea-sets, toilet sots, glass and crockeryware, cheapest and best in the town.
