Refused. — The Board refused the application of Miss Beßi.ie George to leave sec 1, block 12, Mimi, as it was inforrral. Stratford — A deputation composed of Archdeacon Govett, and Mr T. Perm, waited on the Board with respect to a proposed site for a parsonage at Stratford. — The Board decided to recommend tho Government to reduce the upset prices of sees 104, 105, 143, and 144, Stratford, to £7 10s in order that tho same could be acquired for a parsonage site. Jand Land. — Mr Wilkie waited on the Board with regard to sand land adjoining his land in the Patea district. — The Board resolved to offer .the land in question in two small grazing runs at 3d per acre, the special condition of the lease being that the land be planted so as to stop the shifting sund. Tender Accepted. —The Tender of E. Derritt for sec 8, block 13, Opaku, at 10s per acre per year was accepted. Scho I Site. — The Board agreed to set apart a school s'.te e.t the corner of the Opunake and Rowan Roads. InqUwood.—J. King applied to purchaso sec 174, Inglewood. — The section will be offered for sale. v Surrender. — C. Watts surrendered lease of sec 20, block 7, Egmont. — Accepted. Major to .transfer small grazing run No. 6, Opaku, to H. J. H. Okey. Extension of Rx sidence. — The following applications for extension of residence and improvements w- re granted to May 31, 1892 :-T. Gilligan soe 33, block 7, Kaupokonui ; H. Sutton, sec 60, block 10, Kaupokonni ; R, Reardon, sec 72, block 10, Kaupokonui ; and J. Harre sec 12, block 15, Ngaire. Copitalise. — Dobock and'Dunick applied to capitalise boc 10, block 7, Huiroa, — Agreed to. Extension of Period — H. Luders applied to extend period of deferred payment sec 16, block 10, Huiroa, from 10 to 14 years. — Acceded to. Juncti n Road Loan. — Tho Moa * Road Board wrote with respect to the iucreaso of tho Bristol Road contribution to the Junction Uoad Loan* — The Board debided that they were willing to consider a- proposal by the Moa Road Board to charge the extra , £1 0 per year require^ for tho Junction loan pro rata on all the roads contributing to the charges, but decline to allow the whole amount to be charged to the Bristol and Kaimata Roads. Monqao.ingi I- lock. —G. Buckeridgo wrote with reßpect to tho making of tho Anderson Uoad from Eltham tothoMangainingi Block. — H J. C. Coutts waited on the Board with respect to the same matter. — The Board took no action. — The quostion of opening the road had been brought before tho Government by settlers in tho locality. Mana Rood. — Messrs Lattey and Livormoro aaked the Board to clear the Mana Road . — No action .taken. Tho Board adjourned.
