Steicards : Messrs Murphy and Cokor. {Continued from Saturday.} The Poultry Show on Saturday night was most liberally patronised by the public. At 8 o'clock the drawing for the Ait Union prizes was made by Messrs T. A. Murphy and N. K. McDiarmid, who announced tho winners as they were drawn. Tho Show closed at 10 o'clock, when tho officers set to work to take all the cages down. The largest prizetaker at the Show was F. Rogan & Co., of Wellington, who carried off the champion clip, a champion medal, and about £10 in prizes and specials. The Auckland competitors carried off about £13 in cash prizes, and also Messrs P. Hyman & Co.'s trophy valued at £3 3s, which was won by Mr Coleman. Mr G. Bolton, a local competitor, carried off Messrs Sargood Son, & Ewen's trophy of a clock valued at£s sa. The local breeders were large prizetakers, as a perusal of the prize list will reveal.
