INGLEWOOD.

[FROM OUli OWN CORRESPONDENT.] July 1. — Since last I informed you of onr improvement in Inglewood there has been ercctocl in the township the following buildings : A two-roomed house in Outfield street North, owner Mr Strood; a tworoomed hou^e close to the Salvation Barracks, 'owiwr' Mr Marsden; a threeroomed house on Junction Road, owner Mr Uishell; a four-roomed house in Rich-mond-street, owner- Mrs Tilly ; a blacksmith's shop on the Mountain Road, owner Mr F. Bennett; and lastly. 1 an addition to a five-roomed house already built on- the Junction Road, the owner being Mr Franklyn. These premises are at present occupied by Mrs Dymond, wherein she intends to carry on a boarding house, i wbb all through the new rooms yesterday. There are four, "bedrooms, ■ neatly papered and varnished ; also a sitting-room, a passage 28ft by 3ft Gin: a dining-room 12 x 15; a bathroom, and a tank capable of containing 500 gallons of water outside at the back of the building. The buildingis erected in a very dry and healthy part of the town, the grouud being rather higher than most parts on which the town is built. Boarders will find the place comfortable, with every convenience, and clean and neat. Such an establishment waa badly wanted hero.
