POULTRY SHOW.

TO THE EDITOK. Sir, — In your Thursday's issue a supportei of the Association writes, " but there is a clause in the latter part of the article which needs explanation." The writer would like to see classes for the heaviest bird " killed and dressed." If ho will refer to our schedule class 151, he will find class for best table fowl, " dead," breed or cross, to be specified ' trussed' head and feet.- We think this class will bring forward the best procurable fowl for the table, as the quality, weighty and even age count for prize, so that breeders will soon know through this Association, the best classes of birds to keep for this purpose. — I am, &c, P. R. CIBTHEYT.
