Sydney, June 19. The second batch of elections are taking place to-day, and aie creating considerable excitement; The Australian auxiliary squadron will visit New Zealand ports as soon as possible after arrival in Australia. - Among those returned to-day was Mr A. J. Gould. None.of the labour candidates were elected. The state of parties so far is — Ministerialist, 33 ; Opposition, 12 ; Independent, 4 ; Labour Representives, 17. Adelaide, June 19. The • Federal Convention cost the colony £1,100. Perth, June 19. A loan of £1,333,000 will be placed on the London marltet in July,
