CALL OF 30s. PER SHARE TO BE MADE. [per press association,]-

Dunedin. Juno 20.— The General Manager ot the National' Bank has received a cable message intiaaating that the Directors intend to recommend at the annual meeting that 30s per share be called up, amounting to £150,000, to replace a similar amount transferred from capital to the Special Reserve Fund, in order to provide for a considerable loss ariains from a fire at Findlay & Co 's, Dunedin, and contingent depreciation in -securities.
