Francis Kenny, employed in tho hotel, has been arrested' on suspicion. There is no insurance on the building, but £700 on the stock and furniture, in the New Zealand office. Later. — Francis Trevelyan Kenny was charged at tho Police Court this morning with having set fire to the Commercial Hotel, burnt down yesterday, and was remanded for eight days. A boy named Hamilton, resciied from the building, and suffering from blood poisoning, was bad yesterday owing to the shook, but is better to-day. .
