CABMEN BOYCOTHiSG AUCKLAND WHARF. Auckland, January 14. The cabmen have resolved to boycott the Queen-street wharf, owing to a dispute with the Harbour Board with regard to collection of toll. BAILWAY MAN COMMITTED FOR j TBI4L. Gbettmouth, January 14. - At the inquest held at Brunnertonlast night on the death of Robert Gregory Smith, who was killed by a railway carriage,- a verdict of manslaughter against Daniel Malcolm McLeod, the shunter, was returned. He was committed, and will appear for trial on March 16th. Bail was taken, himself in J6lOO and two sureties of £50 each. CUBACGA ON WEST OOABT TOUR. Duhedin, January 14. The Curaeoa left for the Bluff yesterday, and after proceeding round che West Coast will meet the flagship in Auckland about a month hence.
