Messrs p'Brisn and Dillion approve of Mr Justin McCarthy's appointment to the leaders! lip, and urge that tho unity of the party be restored. It is reported they itnend returning to England. The Times referring to Saturday's meeting of the Irish party, states that the dissension and violence exhibited has fully justified the most sinister prediction of an Irish Legislature. The press considers that as the Irish party has ceased to represent the majority of people, the conflict will now be removed to Ireland. The seceders from Parnell's party number 45, and his adherents 26. Parnell is preparing to stump Ireland .
