Maria Theresa is one of the few daughters of Stockwell'e brother Rataplan ever imported to New Zealand. Gunboat was one of the beat sons of Sir Hercules, and Marie Agnes, granddam of Maria Tneresa , was by The Cossaok, who won the Darby of 1847. Both the sire and dam of Maria Theresa traoe back direotly to Sir Hercules on their sire's side, and the name of Pdntuloon appears at both the top and bottom of The Dauphin's pedigree table.
