THESE ABE NO STOPPAGES WHATEVER fbom advances, either as Commission Bonus, or back payments, there is no series to start from, Joaus commence from the month in which the advance is made, and the Society prepares tbe Mortgage Deed | free of cost, in cases where tbe loan is for £100 and over, and for a period exceeding three years — a concession | granted by very few, if any, other similar Societies. To persons who are paying rent, the advantage of joining is obvious— by p lying to tbe Society for a limited number of years, they become purchasers of the property and make it a Freohold, a result never attained by ying rent to a Landlord.
