Nominations for all handicaps must be in the hands of the Secretary, Masonic Hotel, Waitara, by Satdbday, 7th Decomber, at 9 p.m. Handicaps appear Satdbday, 14th December. Acceptances and General Entries Saturday, 21st December. Requisite amount mußt accompany all nominations and acceptances. RULES. Hack means a horse that has never won public money (other than hack races) or haß not been nominated for an advertised race (hack races expected) six months prior to date of entry. All horses to beridaen in colors ; same to accompany acceptances and general entries. The Metropolitan ;Ciub Rules will be adhered to aB far as practicable.
