At 230 pin. the Affiliation case of Tacker v. J. Clark, both of Okato, waa taken. Plaintiff appeared in person, and Mr Qovett appeared fur the defence. The caao was arranged by mutual consent, the defendant's counsel agreeing to pay 5s per week from to-day for the mnintennnce of the boy (who is 4J years old now) till he attains the age of 14 yeara.
