Bawson, Esq., R.M.

Jodchiknt Summons — R. Cunningham t. F. Ballot. Mr Roy for the plaintiff. Plaintiff deposed that he got judgment with costs against defendant for £4 lls 9d, and 5s had been paid since, leaving £4 6s 9d due. He believed defendant was in a position to pay the debt. — Defendant said he had not been credited with 5s for a pair of shoes his wife dyed for plaintiff .-This sum waß allowed by plaintiff—Defendant further said he got 16s cash per week from Mr Olcifield, for whom he worked, the balance of his wages going towards debts he bad guaranteed to pay through his employer. —An order was made by which defendant bad to pay 10s per month, and to pay costs, Bb. Jcdgmbnt for Plaihtiff. — J. Abbott v. J. Richardson. Claim, £5 2s 6d. Defendant did not appear. Mr Roy appeared for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs £1 1b 6d. Ihe Court rose.
