Very few members have returned any reply to the circular inviting their opinions on tho proposed new Rules of Procedure. Such answers as have been received, however, are for tha most part favorablo to the proposed Purliam9ntj\ry .reforms.
QUIET SESSION EXPECTED.
The approaching Parliamentary session is expected to be a very " quiet " one in tho social sense — that ia to say, the reverse of n. " gay " session. It is Bail that ou'sile of tho customary graceful hospitalities o£ Government House there will bo very littlo '• entcrtuining," as the term is commonly understood, and that economy will reign Biipreme socially as well as ia tho public service and at Bellamy's.
