In express defiance to Sir Charles Warren's proclamation, forbidding meetings in Trafalgar Square, a number of Badioal Sooieties of London persisted in the attempt to hold a meeting this morning at that looality. In au encounter between the police and mob, the latter destroyed the railings of the Square, but the police eventually cleared them out, and enoiroled the Square, and all attempts by the crowd to force their way baok were frustrated. This afternoon further threatening demonstrations were made by the mob, and the authorities were oompelled to call out a body of Horse and Foot Guards to reinforce the police. Several arrests have been made, and the crowd is now dispersing. THE CROWN PRINCE WORSE. Berlin, November 13. Particulars concerning the state of the Crown Prince are of a most serious nature. Some of the physicians in attendance upon His Highness advise the cutting away of the whole of the larynx, to enable them to reach the cancerous growth. Great fears are consequently felt throughout the Empire, which is plunged in deep gloom. The Emperor has summoned Prince Bismarck to repair immediately to this city. NEW ZEALAND BOAT AT THE CAPE.
