Berlin, November 12. Au official bulletin published to-day concerning the health of His Highness the Crown Prince states that there is no longer any doubt but that the affection of the throat is of cancerous growth. The physicians in attendance upon His Highness are divided in opinion as to the advisability of having recourse to tracheotomy or the application of some less radical operation.
