Demonstrations continue to take place in Hyde Park, at which inflammatory speeches are made, encounters with the police being numerous. Enormous meetings are to be held on Sunday in Trafalgar Square and iv the vicinity of "Westminster Abbey. PROHIBITED. A torchlight procession is projectod to proceed to a meetiug summoned at Eotherhithe on Monday, but Sir Ohas. ;Warren, the Commissioner of tho 'Metropolitan Police, has issued an .order prohibiting the procession. A protest has been made by the leaders of the unemployed against the proclamation of Sir Charles Warren on the jground that it infringes the rights of free speech. ■ MILITARY TO BE IN READINESS. A large force of military have received instructions to be in readiness ishould their 3ervioea be required to ;enforce order. ' MELBOURNE EXHIBITION. Madrid, October 21. It is understood the Government will appoint a Spanish Commission to the Melbourne Exhibition. •FRISCO MAIL.
